This was a bespoke spiral staircase supplied as part of a refurbishment near Bournemouth.  Our client was converting a bungalow to a two story property and required a staircase with a small footprint.

Cost was also a concern to our client as the property itself wasn’t huge but they wanted a durable structure that would last for years.  We decided on a bespoke spiral staircase but keeping the materials and finishes as standard as possible.  The spiral was drawn precisely as all our bespoke spirals are but we opted for the basic vertical steel spindles and handrail whilst supplying the steelwork primed for on site finishing.  Our clients only extravagance with the spiral was to opt for solid oak treads.
